Before coming to the United States principal Igor V. Serbinin worked for eleven years with the United States Department of Defense in Munich and Garmisch- Partenkirchen in Germany. While in Germany, working within the framework of NATO and George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies, Mr. Serbinin was teaching international treaties and developed curriculums in support of many international arms control and non-proliferation agreements including: Conventional Forces in Europe, Open Skies Treaty, Chemical Weapons Treaty, START terminology course, Dayton Peace Accord etc. http://www.marshallcenter.org
In the United States Mr. Serbinin worked on a contract basis in Denver office of the national law firm Patton Boggs for a year and a half. His work included international election laws, federal marketing, FDA compliance issues, international oil and gas, and business development.
Currently Mr. Serbinin is practicing law out of his office in Boulder, Colorado. Mr. Serbinin is a member of Association of Immigration Lawyers of America, and a current Immigration Section Co-Chair of Boulder Bar Association.
